  4. Sean says:

Dotter, is Sillem’s green much different from black? I’ve been wanting to try it. And Allen thanks for the recommendations, I’ve heard great things about Escudo.

  5. Dotter says:

Sean, green Sillem’s is totaly different tobacco from black. As you know, black is latakia based aromatic, and green is pure aromatic. One of the best aromatics I’ve ever tried!! At my pipe club, people can’t get enough of this. You need to try it ;)
Black and green would be on the first place, then red and after him blue Sillem’s.

  6. Sean says:

Thanks Dotter! I think you convinced me to pick up a tin, especially during the holidays the full aromatic give us that nostalgic feel. :)

    Park-Lane Kringle – 2009 Christmas Blend

Each year, Park-Lane Tobacconist creates a new aromatic tobacco blend
just for the Christmas season, and “Kringle” is Park-Lane’s Holiday
blend for 2009! If you enjoy aromatic tobacco, but ones that are not
overly sweet and sugary, then “Kringle” is for you! Just the kind of
tobacco old Kris might enjoy after a hard night of making deliveries
    around the world!

We start with a lightly flavored Virginia base that reminds one of a
nutty Christmas cookie. We then add a bit of fruit, the finest vanilla
and a touch of caramel for a slightly sweet finish. A unique aromatic
tobacco with a sleigh full of flavor, and an aroma that you and
    everyone around you will enjoy!

    Price:
    2 oz – $4.95
    4 oz. $9.90
    8 oz – $18.80
    16 oz – $29.95

Favorite way to ring in the holidays? Smoke some Egg Nog. It *is* Christmas!

    Hearth & Home Egg Nog

The first true aromatic in the Hearth and Home series. A light and dark mixture with rum, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg flavorings. Although the aroma is complex, pleasant and mildly sweet, the spice flavorings come through more prominently in the smoking. A bite-free blend that will please anyone in the room.

  9. Sean says:

Ginger thanks for stopping by, and thanks for the recommendation. It sounds great. I only wish I had enough money to order them all. :)

    Peterson’s first “winter,” tobacco

  11. Ginger says:

You’re welcome, Sean! :) I’m one of those that loves to try every new and different blend I can get my hands on, so I was glad to find some new tobaccos on your list… Last night my husband and I rang in December with some Egg Nog, and Grandma’s Kitchen. I forgot about that one… talk about a tobacco that changes mood and environment… it’s like a family filled house just before a holiday meal… made me feel like baking! LOL Have a great holiday, Sean!

  12. This is great i think smokers can try a new way to smoke.
