Latakia Blends
I have been ordering and trying a lot of English Latakia blends, and I am really enjoying it as of late. However, I am a bit uninformed to say the least as to what is the best english tobacco, so I am turning to you my few but loyal followers. Anyone have any good suggestions for me for a great English blend? Thanks in advance!

There are lots of great ones listed here:

My favorites:
- Dunhill MM 965 (future availability in question)
- S Gawaith Squadron Leader
- GL Pease Maltese Falcon and Westminster
Lots more too… Life is short – try them all!

Thanks for the kind rebuke on my spelling
i like penzance,i know it is hyped-up alot, but in a cc country Gentleman it sure is 4-star!my briars dont respect though. Thanks dick
Dick thanks, I’ve heard some reave reviews about Penzance.
Try Three Oaks Syrian. It’s my favorite. I also like Butera’s Royal Vintage Latakia #2.
Bought my first tin of S Gawaith Squadron Leader recently as it ticked all the right boxes but I just can’t get on with it. Tastes almost aromatic to me despite not being so; sweet and mild and far too moist out of the tin. Maybe I’ll put it away and see what happens.
Thanks for the recommendation! I’ll have to try it out.
